Many people have asked me how to make a small space look larger.  I would add as many reflective layers as possible (without looking cheesy).  First, apply a wallpaper like this to the ceiling if you have a short room or to your walls for a narrow space.  Second, add a great light source in polished chrome and hang a mirror (size depending on wall space). Third, I would go light on any trim or furniture in the room.  Lastly, don’t forget to add a punch of color through artwork, pillows, or even flowers.  Good luck!
