Think Outside the Box

briggs-house-server-changing-table.jpgThis stunning antique buffet might look like it should be in the kitchen or dining room but I think it would be great as a changing table in the nursery. Why not? It is deep enough, has great storage potential, and it is painted a lively red that will suit any baby’s taste.

Cake Anyone?

rosanna cake platesI have wonderful memories of holidays with my family. One thing that I always loved was my grandmother’s milk glass cake plate. It had a flat top with a scalloped apron. It wasn’t fancy just simple elegance. I found some sweet cake plates that are reminiscent of my grandmothers at Rosanna Inc. They come in soft blue, pink, and yellow and are available in 9″ or 12″. They make me want to go out for Billy’s (my favorite bakery in nyc) cupcakes!
